I am a young wing t coach and coach the varsity offensive line at a school in north dakota. I have been reading several materials, Creehans books, and watched some of coach lews films.
My question is how much is too much?! This year we had a ton of injuries and most of the kids play both ways so it was hard to add more because we were always reteaching.
We ran trap, sweep, waggle belly, belly option, down, down pass tackle trap (which looks like down to begin) rocket
We also have a 3 step passing game but is this enough? too much? or is the lead series a necessity?
Thank you for your help!!!
(p.s. We ran veer at my high school in minnesota when i played, only about 5 years ago, and i think i have been turned into a wing t guy....and its a blast!)

I'm coming in a little late on this one but you might want to look at the number of formations you use. Running the same play from several formations is a great way to 'expand' your offense.
